Job summary

The POWER Youth program invites applicants for a part-time, in-person internship as a Customer Support Navigator. Interns will assist customers in person to complete and submit applications and gain exposure to low-income financial assistance processes.

The role emphasizes data entry, intake, filing, and strong customer service within an office setting. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm, with a business casual dress code and no travel required.

Qualifications

• Data entry, application assistance and submission, intake, filing, customer service, administrative duties.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and experience in customer service, emotion regulation, and professional/interpersonal knowledge are valued.
