Job summary

Family & Community Services, part of the POWER Youth program in Nashville, seeks a Customer Support Navigator intern to assist applicants in person and help complete submissions. The role provides hands-on exposure to low-income financial assistance processes and office operations.

The intern will perform data entry, intake, filing, and customer service tasks, with an 8:00am–4:30pm schedule, Monday–Friday, in-person. Prior Microsoft Office experience is expected.
