Job summary

KCI Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Regional Practice Leader for Construction Management/CE&I in Texas.

This leadership role combines technical expertise with strategic vision to grow the regional practice across multiple markets and clients. You will drive business development, lead cross-functional teams, mentor staff, manage project performance and budgets, and maintain strong client relationships; travel is expected.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in related field (AEC Industry) with 10+ years of related experience.
Alternatively 14 years of equivalent professional experience.
Proven leadership skills with track record in project and business management.
Strong business acumen and strategic thinking.
Willingness to travel as necessary for regional initiatives.

Responsibilities

Lead and grow the Texas construction management practice with strategic vision.
Drive business development and capture new clients and opportunities.
Oversee staffing, mentoring, and leadership development within the practice.
Manage budgets, schedules, and project performance for large pursuits.
Coordinate with regional leaders to share expertise and implement best practices.
Represent KCI in professional societies and maintain client relationships.
