Job summary

Discovery Isle Preschool is seeking a caring, creative Twos Teacher for a full-time position. You will guide toddlers through hands-on activities that promote exploration, language development, and social growth in a nurturing setting.

You will build strong relationships with families and collaborate with co-teachers and leaders to uphold a supportive classroom culture. Experience in licensed childcare and ECE credentials are required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED and the required ECE credential.
• Either 12 Core ECE Units or a valid Preschool CDA is required.
• 6 months of teaching experience in a licensed childcare center.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Create age-appropriate lessons and activities for Twos students.
• Foster social-emotional growth through modeling kindness and guidance.
• Maintain consistent routines to support growing independence.
• Communicate with families daily to build relationships.
• Collaborate with co-teachers and school leaders to maintain a positive classroom culture.
