Job summary

Chesterbrook Academy Preschool is seeking an energetic and nurturing Two's Teacher to join our growing early childhood education team. The role focuses on creating a safe, engaging classroom where two-year-old children explore the world, build independence and develop essential early learning skills.

You’ll design interactive activities, maintain a warm classroom routine, and partner with families and staff to deliver an exceptional learning experience in a supportive team culture.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and meet state licensing requirements.
• Must have an associate’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
• Prior experience in a licensed childcare center.
• Authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement interactive, age-appropriate activities that promote cognitive, social, and emotional growth.
• Foster a warm and consistent classroom routine that helps two year olds feel secure and confident.
• Build positive partnerships with families through open, ongoing communication.
• Work collaboratively with co‑teachers and school leaders to ensure an exceptional learning experience.
