Job summary

Chesterbrook Academy Preschool is seeking an energetic and nurturing Toddler Assistant Teacher to join our early childhood education team. The role centers on creating a safe, engaging environment where toddlers explore, gain independence, and build key skills through play and guided activities.

You will design age-appropriate activities, maintain a warm classroom routine, and partner with families to support each child's growth.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age and meet state licensing requirements.
• A CDA, associate’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
• Prior experience in a licensed childcare center.
• A passion for early learning, creativity, and helping children discover new skills each day.
• Authorization to work in the United States
