Job summary

Chesterbrook Academy in Lancaster, PA seeks a Twos Teacher for a full-time role. You’ll guide early learners through play-based learning, using age-appropriate activities and your creativity to build a supportive classroom.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to balance structure, creativity, and fun in a busy preschool classroom.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Meet applicable state licensing requirements.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Previous experience in licensed childcare or early learning setting preferred but not required.
• CDA or degree in Early Childhood Education preferred but not required.
• Experience with Toddlers a plus.

Twos Teacher | Full-Time | Chesterbrook Academy

Lancaster, PA | $18- $20/hour | Monday-Friday / 9:00 am- 6:00 pm
