Qualifications

• Citizen, national, or legal resident of the United States, EAD holder, or DACA status.
• No teaching certification required; candidates from all majors encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Teach two years full‑time in an under‑resourced public school.
• Build genuine relationships with students and families, not just lesson plans.
• Learn to navigate barriers kids face inside and outside the classroom.
• Sharpen communication, problem‑solving, and collaboration through daily classroom leadership.
• Work with the school community to remove obstacles and open doors for students who need it most.
