Qualifications

• 2.5 cumulative GPA or higher.
• Bachelor's degree (in any field).
• Must be a citizen, national, or legal resident of the United States, EAD holder, or have DACA status.
• No background in education or teaching certification required - candidates from all majors and experience levels are encouraged to apply

Responsibilities

• Teach two years full-time in an under-resourced public school.
• Build genuine relationships with students and families - not just lesson plans.
• Learn to navigate the barriers kids face inside and outside the classroom.
• Sharpen your communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills through daily classroom leadership.
• Work alongside your school community to remove obstacles and open doors for students who need it most
