Job summary

Axon’s Leadership Development Program (LDP) is a two-year rotational experience designed for ambitious graduates who want to solve meaningful problems, work with senior leaders, and accelerate their careers. It identifies, develops, and empowers Axon's next generation of leaders.

Participants rotate across functions (Product, Sales, Strategy, Operations, Finance, and more), have 3–5 rotations, and receive mentorship from LDP alumni.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership experience — in school, work, athletics, research, entrepreneurship, or the community
• Passion for solving complex problems
• Thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments
• Location: Boston, MA with rotations to other offices
• Travel: domestic and/or international travel; varies by rotation
