Axon in Scottsdale, AZ is launching a highly selective Leadership Development Program (LDP) with a Sales Track designed for ambitious graduates to solve meaningful problems and accelerate careers. Participants rotate across the company, work directly with senior leaders, and help shape Axon's go-to-market strategy.

Start date is August 2027. The program offers mentorship, cross-functional exposure, and rapid leadership development within a fast-growing tech company.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or graduate degree, with expected graduation by June 2027.
• Demonstrated leadership experience in school, work, athletics, research, entrepreneurship, or community.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous, high-growth environments.
• Interest in sales, customer impact, go-to-market strategy, and business leadership.
• Enthusiasm for Axon's mission and core values.

Responsibilities

• Join a cohort of 15+ participants with diverse experiences and backgrounds.
• Complete 3-5 rotations over two years with flexible experience design.
• Partner with senior sales leadership on high-impact initiatives that drive revenue growth.
• Gain hands-on exposure across Axon's growing sales organization (Domestic, International, Federal, Enterprise).
• Build exposure across sales and go-to-market functions including Emerging Products, New Markets, Inside Sales, International Strategy & Operations and more.
• Own meaningful work from day one, collaborating with sales leaders and cross-functional teams.
