The Learning Experience Mandarin in Jacksonville, FL is hiring a Two Year Old Teacher to join our energetic team. You’ll guide toddlers through important developmental stages, fostering independence, curiosity, and confidence through play-based learning and hands-on activities.

As a Two Year Old Teacher, you’ll ensure safety, communicate with families, and support growth through structured and free play while using our LEAP Curriculum. Compensation ranges hourly and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of professional childcare experience (1+ year preferred).
• CDA, Associate, or higher degree in Early Childhood Education preferred; High school diploma/GED required.
• CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Must meet Florida childcare licensing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Create a warm, engaging, and developmentally appropriate classroom for toddlers (ages 1–2 years).
• Implement The Learning Experience’s proprietary L.E.A.P.® Curriculum that encourages exploration, movement, and creativity.
• Support social, emotional, cognitive, and physical growth through structured and free play.
• Maintain open communication with families, providing daily updates and milestone achievements.
• Ensure the safety, cleanliness, and well‑being of every child in your care.
