Job summary

The Learning Experience in Charlotte, NC is seeking a dedicated Two-Year-Old Teacher to create a safe, loving, and engaging classroom where children learn through play and exploration. You will implement our LEAP curriculum, guide toddlers in social, emotional, and early learning skills, and partner with families to celebrate each child’s progress.

Ideal candidates have at least six months of professional childcare or teaching experience; an Associate Degree or higher in Early Childhood

Qualifications

• Must have Associate Degree or higher in Early Childhood Education.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least six months of professional childcare or teaching experience.
• Preferred: experience with two-year-olds.

Responsibilities

• Create a safe, loving, and engaging classroom for our two-year-old children.
• Follow our LEAP curriculum and make learning fun through hands-on activities, play, music, movement, and exploration.
• Help children build important social, emotional, and early learning skills.
• Build strong relationships with children and their families.
• Communicate with families about their child's day, progress, and special moments.
• Work closely with your teaching team to provide a positive and consistent classroom experience.
• Keep the classroom clean, organized, and ready for learning and play.

Full-Time Two-Year-Old Teacher

We are seeking a caring, passionate, and dedicated Two-Year-Old Teacher to join our team!

We are looking for someone who truly enjoys working with young children and is excited to help them learn new skills, build friendships, and grow their independence.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m.
