Job summary

The Learning Experience – Palm Coast, FL is hiring a Two Year Old Teacher to create a nurturing, safe, and engaging classroom. You will implement age-appropriate lessons, support social, emotional, and cognitive growth, and partner with co-teachers to design learning experiences.

This full-time role offers competitive pay ($16–$19 per hour), regular schedules Monday–Friday, and opportunities for advancement within a joyful, family-oriented culture.

Qualifications

• Passion for early childhood education.
• Previous experience in a preschool, daycare, or childcare setting preferred.
• Ability to create engaging, play-based learning experiences.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Must meet Florida DCF licensing requirements for Two Year Old Teacher.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement age-appropriate lessons using the LEAP Curriculum.
• Create a safe, clean, and positive classroom that supports each child's growth.
• Partner with co-teachers to design engaging learning experiences and activities.
• Build strong relationships with families through daily communication and updates.

Two Year Old Teacher

Pay: $16 – $19 per hour (based on experience & qualifications)

Location: The Learning Experience – Palm Coast, FL

Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday

• Encourage independence, creativity, and kindness in every child.
