College Housing Northwest (CHNW) seeks a full-time Community Manager to lead two student-centered apartment communities, Connery Place and the 601. The role will involve overseeing resident services, leasing operations, and staff across both sites with a split onsite schedule.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in property management or student housing, strong supervisory skills, and knowledge of Fair Housing laws. CHNW offers extensive benefits and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or commensurate experience.
• 3–5 years of property management, student housing, or related experience, preferably across multiple sites.
• 3 or more years of supervisory experience.
• Working knowledge of Fair Housing, Equal Housing Opportunity, and Oregon Landlord-Tenant law.
• Strong time management and collaborative skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and support to the teams at both communities.
• Drive positive student engagement and services throughout tenancy life cycle.
• Direct day-to-day leasing operations and related accounting processes.
• Proactively develop and implement trainings to support a culture of growth.
