Job summary

College Housing Northwest (CHNW) is seeking a full-time, exempt Community Manager to lead a resident and staff team in a student-focused apartment community in Gresham, Oregon. This role ensures a supportive environment while overseeing fiscally responsible operations.

The ideal candidate brings 3–5 years in property management or student housing, includes supervisory experience, and a working knowledge of Fair Housing and Oregon landlord-tenant law.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or commensurate experience.
• 3–5 years in property management, student housing, or related field.
• 3+ years of supervisory experience.
• Working knowledge of Fair Housing, Equal Housing Opportunity, and Oregon landlord-tenant law.
• Excellent time management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction to the teams at the community.
• Oversee positive student engagement and tenancy life-cycle services.
• Manage day-to-day leasing operations and related accounting.
• Proactively develop and implement new practices and trainings to support growth.
