College Housing Northwest (CHNW) is seeking a full-time, exempt Community Manager to lead a community of residents and staff in a student-centered apartment building in Gresham, Oregon. The role oversees leasing operations, budgeting, and staff development to deliver a supportive, fiscally responsible community for students.

The ideal candidate has 3-5 years in property management or student housing, plus 3+ years of supervisory experience, and solid knowledge of Fair Housing and Oregon

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or commensurate experience.
• 3-5 years of property management, student housing, or related experience.
• 3+ years of supervisory experience.
• Working knowledge of Fair Housing, Equal Housing Opportunity, and Oregon Landlord-Tenant law.
• Great time management.
• Collaborative nature.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Providing leadership, direction, and support to the teams at the community
• Responsible for positive student engagement and services throughout the life cycle of tenancy
• Manages and directs day-to-day leasing operations and related accounting
