Job summary

Original Composites and Fiberglass is seeking a Finance Analyst to support financial activities for the Amarillo facility and serve as the finance representative for the Wichita Falls Leadership Team. The role focuses on accurate reporting, forecasting, internal controls, and cost management across both locations.

The ideal candidate combines strong analytical capability with plant-finance partnership, delivering actionable insight to improve manufacturing costs and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• Two or more years of progressive experience in financial analysis, accounting, cost accounting, financial planning, or manufacturing finance.
• Working knowledge of financial reporting, internal controls, forecasting, reconciliations, and variance analysis.
• Ability to independently manage site-level reporting and control responsibilities with escalation when needed.
• Experience with standard costing, inventory accounting, and manufacturing performance analysis is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Wichita Falls controllership and reporting, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of site financial reporting.
• Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities with accruals, reconciliations, and variance explanations.
• Support Amarillo financial planning and analysis, including FP&A processes and standard costing updates.
• Assist with annual budgeting, forecasting, and dashboard development linking financial outcomes to operations.
• Collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, and regional Finance partners to drive cost improvements and reporting clarity.
