Job summary

Original Composites & Fib fiberglass is seeking a senior leader to drive electrical reliability, controls engineering, automation, and site IT at the Amarillo facility. This hands-on role requires connecting electrical systems, control strategies, and business priorities to improve uptime and performance.

You will oversee the site IT team, coordinate with cybersecurity, and partner with operations, maintenance, and engineering to modernize technology and sustain results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Controls/Automation or related field.
• Progressive manufacturing experience with electrical systems, controls, automation, and plant tech.
• Strong leadership in manufacturing or industrial settings.
• Solid automation knowledge: PLCs, HMIs, networks, instrumentation, and drives.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety, compliance, and risk management for electrical, controls, automation, and IT.
• Directly lead plant electricians and drive reliability for critical infrastructure.
• Provide technical leadership for PLCs, HMIs, SCADA, drives, and instrumentation.
• Develop modernization plans for aging controls and IT infrastructure.
• Partner across functions to implement capital projects and digital initiatives.
