ProAmpac is seeking a Multi-Site Controller to lead accounting and financial operations for two manufacturing facilities within the US Flex division. The role requires partnering with plant leadership to translate financial data into actionable business results, while overseeing cost accounting, budgeting, and reporting across White House, TN and Granite City, IL.

The position is based primarily in White House, TN with monthly travel to Granite City, IL.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of financial management experience in manufacturing.
• Strong manufacturing cost accounting experience, including inventory management and budgeting.
• Experience partnering with plant leadership and influencing operational decisions.
• Experience overseeing financial close, general ledger, reporting, and audits.

Responsabilités

• Serve as trusted financial partner to plant leadership to improve operational performance and profitability.
• Oversee financial accounting and reporting for two facilities with monthly/quarterly/annual closes.
• Lead cost accounting, general ledger management, budgeting, and financial analysis across both sites.
• Analyze costs, margins, inventory, and working capital to identify improvements.
• Collaborate with Plant Managers to strengthen inventory control and cost reduction initiatives.
• Develop and maintain financial policies, reporting practices for accuracy and accountability.
• Prepare and communicate plant-level and consolidated financial reports highlighting risks and opportunities.
• Coordinate audits and provide financial guidance on strategic initiatives.
