Job summary

AMETEK MRO is seeking a Director, Multi-Site Business Controller to partner with senior leadership and oversee financial planning, analysis, and control across multiple U.S. sites.

This role may be based in Winston-Salem, NC or Wichita, KS and requires hands-on leadership in a manufacturing finance environment. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance, CPA or CMA preferred, an MBA preferred, and 3+ years in manufacturing or MRO with GAAP, SEC reporting, and SOX experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and/or Finance is required.
• CPA or CMA certification preferred.
• MBA preferred.
• Experience with GAAP, SEC reporting, and SOX compliance.
• Experience in manufacturing or MRO.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership to deliver business results and performance objectives.
• Direct annual budgeting and lead month-end close, reporting, and forecasts.
• Own books across sites ensuring accurate financial reporting.
• Analyze operating results, identify risks and opportunities, provide recommendations.
• Model financial scenarios: DCF, ROI, Make/Buy, pricing for investments.
• Oversee general and cost accounting, AR/AP, and SOX/compliance.
