Job summary

DelRicht Research in the Nashville area seeks a Site Manager to lead operations across Hendersonville and Smyrna clinics. You will oversee day-to-day performance, people leadership, patient experience and adherence to quality standards at both sites, with regular travel between locations.

You are a hands-on operator who can build repeatable processes, delegate ownership, coach teams and partner with physicians to deliver consistent study delivery and patient care.

Qualifications

• At least four years of direct people-management experience.
• Experience owning day-to-day operations at clinics or healthcare settings.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and make sound day-to-day decisions.
• Experience building high-performing teams across multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Lead two sites as one coordinated operation, maintaining consistent standards.
• Develop and manage the team, coaching employees and establishing accountability.
• Delegate for sustainable growth and reduce dependency on individuals.
• Coordinate staffing, patient flow, supplies, and equipment across locations.
• Build repeatable workflows to improve productivity and quality.
• Protect patient experience with professional, compassionate service.
• Partner with physicians and research teams to align study delivery.
• Monitor financial and operational performance and identify improvement opportunities.
• Plan for changing needs with budgeting and resource allocation.
• Support quality, compliance, audits, and inspections.
