Job summary

DelRicht Research is seeking a Site Manager to oversee day-to-day operations across Dallas clinics, focusing on patient experience, study execution, and team performance. You’ll ensure scheduling, financial results, and protocol adherence while staying hands-on with clinic workflows.

This leadership role invites you to mentor Clinical Research Coordinators, hire and train staff as the region grows, and collaborate with physicians and sponsors to deliver high-quality trials.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years in supervisory/managerial role in healthcare.
• Minimum five years of professional work experience.
• Proven ownership of operations at a clinical or business site.
• Ability to lead while staying involved in patient-facing operations.
• Strong organization and sound judgment under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Lead patient care with warmth and professionalism at every visit.
• Coordinate patient visits to align with study protocols.
• Develop and coach Clinical Research Coordinators and other staff.
• Hire, onboard, and train Dallas region team.
• Monitor productivity, quality, patient flow, and schedules.
• Partner with physicians on study schedules and readiness.
• Collaborate with external partners on site visits and data quality.
• Help region meet revenue and profitability goals with oversight.
• Prepare teams for new studies and ensure protocol-compliant processes.
• Support travel to Investigator Meetings as eligible.
