Job summary

DelRicht Research is seeking a Site Manager to lead operations across two clinics in the Nashville area, Hendersonville and Smyrna. This onsite, two-location leadership role requires regular presence at both sites with local travel between them.

You will own day-to-day performance, including people leadership, patient experience, staffing and workflows, partnering with physicians and research teams to ensure consistent study delivery and quality.

Qualifications

• Four+ years of direct people-management experience.
• Experience owning day-to-day operations in clinic/healthcare settings.
• Ability to organize work and manage competing priorities with minimal direction.
• Proven ability to establish expectations and develop teams for consistent performance.
• Strong communication and relationship-building with employees, physicians, and leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead two clinics in Hendersonville and Smyrna as one coordinated operation.
• Develop and manage clinical research and administrative teams; provide feedback and accountability.
• Delegate responsibilities to foster sustainable growth and reduce single-person dependence.
• Coordinate staffing, patient flow, supplies, equipment, and scheduling for reliable operations.
• Build repeatable workflows to improve efficiency, quality, and consistency.
• Protect the patient experience with professional, compassionate service; resolve issues promptly.
• Partner with physicians and research teams to align priorities and study delivery.
• Monitor operational and financial performance; identify trends and act on opportunities.
• Plan for changing needs with staffing, budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation.
• Support quality and compliance with study protocols and confidentiality requirements.
• Prepare for audits and inspections with documentation and corrective actions.
• Be visible and hands-on while maintaining delegation and leadership across two sites.
