Job summary

DelRicht Research is seeking a Site Manager to oversee day-to-day operations across Dallas clinics, ensuring excellent patient experiences and compliant study delivery. You’ll develop Clinical Research Coordinators, optimize workflows, and partner with physicians and sponsors to meet study timelines and quality goals.

In this hands-on leadership role, you’ll manage staffing, scheduling, budgets, and performance, while staying connected to clinic operations and patient visits.

Qualifications

• At least three years of supervisory or managerial experience in healthcare or a healthcare-related setting.
• At least five years of professional work experience.
• Ownership of operations at a clinical or business site, including team performance, daily workflows, and problem-solving.
• Ability to lead a team while remaining involved in patient-facing site operations and visits.
• Strong organization, sound judgment under pressure, and commitment to accurate, compliant work.

Responsibilities

• Lead with warmth and professionalism so patients receive excellent care at every visit.
• Coordinate patient visits so they run accurately, efficiently, on schedule, and per study protocol.
• Manage and develop Clinical Research Coordinators and other site team members through coaching and growth plans.
• Hire, onboard, and train team members as the Dallas region grows.
• Monitor site productivity, quality, patient flow, and schedules; address issues before they affect patients or study delivery.
• Partner with physicians on study schedules, patient readiness, and operational problem-solving.
• Work with external research partners on site visits, trial progress, and data quality/timeliness.
• Help the region meet revenue and profitability goals through sound operational oversight.
• Prepare teams for new studies and maintain protocol-compliant processes across clinics.
• Help create opportunities for team members to develop and advance within DelRicht.
• Travel to U.S.-based Investigator Meetings to learn about new studies; eligible travel expenses are covered.
