Job summary
K & N Engineering Inc. is seeking a Maintenance & Facilities Manager to lead a two-shift maintenance and facilities team in a manufacturing setting.
The role drives reliability, safety, and continuous improvement in collaboration with Operations, Engineering, Quality, EHS, and Supply Chain. The successful candidate will oversee preventive, predictive, and emergency maintenance, manage CMMS, and direct spare parts planning, with close attention to regulatory compliance and asset lifecycle
Qualifications
- 8+ years of industrial maintenance experience in manufacturing.
- 5+ years in maintenance leadership supervising supervisors and technicians.
- Experience supporting two-shift operations and capital projects.
Responsibilities
- Direct all maintenance and facilities activities across two shifts to maximize equipment uptime and reliability.
- Lead root-cause analysis and implement corrective actions for downtime events.
- Develop and manage maintenance standards, work instructions, and CMMS processes.
- Oversee facility systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, lighting) and safety compliance.
- Coordinate with Operations, Engineering, Quality, EHS, and Supply Chain to meet production goals.
