Job summary

The Gardner School of Dublin is seeking an Assistant Two’s Teacher to join our state-of-the-art preschool. You will assist the Lead Teacher in delivering age-appropriate curriculum and supportive activities that promote each child’s growth and safety.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• 1+ year of experience with children ages 6 weeks to 5 years.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Able to lift up to 60 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Assist Lead Teacher in implementing age-appropriate curriculum and activities.
• Provide nurturing guidance supporting emotional and behavioral development.
• Maintain a clean, safe classroom and support daily routines.
• Collaborate with teaching staff and families to ensure consistency.
• Uphold Gardner School values in daily interactions.
