Job summary

The Gardner School Cincinnati is hiring an Assistant Two's Teacher to join our state-of-the-art preschool team. You’ll assist the Lead Teacher with curriculum and daily routines, while nurturing each child’s development in a loving, supportive environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Associate's degree or CDA preferred.
• Current CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• 1+ year of experience with children ages 6 weeks to 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Assist Lead Teacher in implementing age-appropriate curriculum.
• Offer nurturing guidance to support emotional and behavioral development.

• Maintain safe, clean classroom and support daily routines.
• Collaborate with team to ensure consistency across classrooms.
