Job summary

The Gardner School of Cincinnati is hiring a Lead Two's Teacher to join our state-of-the-art preschool. You will assist the Lead Teacher in delivering age-appropriate curriculum and support each child's development in a loving, safe environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education or CDA preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification required or willingness to obtain.
• 1+ years of experience working with children ages 6 weeks to 5 years.
• Able to read, write, speak English fluently to communicate with students, families, and staff.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Lead Teacher in implementing age-appropriate curriculum and activities.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom environment.
• Support daily routines, hygiene, and safety procedures.
• Collaborate with teaching team and school leaders for consistency across classrooms.
• Uphold a professional, team-oriented mindset at all times.
