Job summary

The Gardner School of Herndon is hiring a Lead Two's Teacher to lead a dynamic, developmentally appropriate classroom in our state-of-the-art preschool, focusing on student growth and family engagement.

You will mentor assistants, plan engaging lessons, ensure safety and compliance, and take advantage of career growth opportunities through CDA program access and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• CDA or Associate's degree is required.
• Current CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire).
• 2+ years of early childhood education experience (lead or co-lead preferred).
