Qualifications

• Senior healthcare operations leadership experience.
• Experience overseeing multiple office locations preferred.
• Strong leadership, staff-management, and communication skills.
• Experience coordinating provider schedules and clinical operations.
• Knowledge of medical office documentation and workflow processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide full operational oversight for both office locations.
• Travel regularly between the Brooklyn and Queens offices.
• Supervise, support, and manage administrative and clinical staff.
• Manage provider schedules and ensure coverage across both locations.
• Monitor daily operations and address workflow or staffing issues.
• Oversee documentation processes and ensure records are complete and on time.
• Develop and implement efficient policies, procedures, and workflows.
• Identify opportunities to improve productivity and patient flow.
• Collaborate with providers and organizational leadership.
• Track performance and ensure offices meet expectations.
