Job summary

DelRicht Research is seeking a Site Manager to lead Dallas-market clinics across psychiatry, dermatology, and general medicine, focusing on patient experience, study execution, and financial results. You will coach Clinical Research Coordinators and build a growing regional team.

This hands-on leadership role keeps you close to clinic workflows, visits, and protocol compliance while partnering with physicians to ensure quality and timely trial delivery in the Dallas area.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of supervisory or managerial experience, ideally in healthcare.
• Experience owning operations at a clinical or business site, including team performance and workflows.
• Ability to lead a team while staying involved in patient-facing site operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations across Dallas-market clinics and ensure excellent patient care.
• Coordinate patient visits to align with study protocols and timelines.
• Develop and coach Clinical Research Coordinators and other site staff.
• Hire, onboard and train team members as the region grows.
• Monitor productivity, quality, patient flow, and schedules; address issues promptly.
• Collaborate with physicians on study schedules and patient readiness.
• Partner with external research teams on site visits and data quality.
• Contribute to achieving revenue and profitability goals with sound oversight.
• Prepare teams for new studies and maintain protocol-compliant processes across clinics.
• Create opportunities for career growth within DelRicht.
