Qualifications

• Evidence of hotel sales experience preferred.
• Experience selling extended stay brands is highly preferred.
• Ability to travel and drive as needed.

Responsibilities

• Handle inquiries, proposals, negotiations, and contracts per procedures.
• Books business to meet monthly revenue budgets.
• Maintain proactive prospecting and outside calls.
• Use sales management systems to log activities and build accounts.
• Follow up with clients to book or maintain business.
• Contribute to annual budgeting and revenue planning.
• Utilize tools and databases to prospect new business.
