Job summary

Sonesta International Hotels Corporation is seeking a Sales Manager to execute the hotel’s sales strategy and drive occupancy, ADR, and market share goals. You will develop account strategies, monitor performance, and work with the DOS and Regional leadership to implement extended stay tactics that maximize revenue.

Key duties include building client relationships, direct sales, reporting, and collaborating with hotel leadership to optimize RevPAR and profitability across properties.

Qualifications

• Background in extended stay industry preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Willingness to travel overnight.

Responsibilities

• Deliver on Sonesta service standards in all guest interactions.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key clients to drive extended stay sales.
• Sell hotel rooms through direct client contact.
• Produce regular sales reports and forecasts.
• Coordinate with DOS and Regional Sales Director on RevPAR opportunities.
• Create and implement tactical sales plans to increase occupancy and rates.
