Job summary

ARK Hospitality seeks a motivated Hotel Sales Manager to drive revenue growth for Everhome Suites San Antonio Lackland near SeaWorld. The role focuses on developing local relationships, building a robust extended-stay pipeline, and increasing occupancy through strategic outreach and RFP responses.

Responsibilities include leading outside sales, partnering with management and revenue teams, and delivering measurable results in ADR, RevPAR, and long-term room nights.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years in sales, business development, or hospitality.
• Ability to develop new business, build relationships, and close deals.
• Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales goals and targets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a focused sales plan to grow occupancy, ADR and RevPAR.
• Identify and pursue new business across military, government, corporate, and healthcare segments.
• Conduct outside sales calls, in-person visits, and outreach to network with partners.
• Maintain CRM with leads, proposals, and follow-up dates; provide weekly reports.
• Collaborate with GM and revenue team to quote rates for groups and longer stays.
