Job summary

Embassy Suites Denver International Airport seeks a dynamic Complex Sales Manager to represent two hotel properties. You will be the on-site sales contact, proactively soliciting key accounts and managing complex events with high revenue potential.

The role requires a proven track record in business travel and group sales, with responsibilities including upselling, forecasting, and building lasting client relationships to drive revenue and exceed goals.

Qualifications

• Must have a minimum of 3+ years of progressive sales experience, including knowledge of full-service hotel operations, group rooms and catering experience.

Responsibilities

• Solicit and manage complex accounts or markets for two hotels.
• Actively upsell opportunities to maximize revenue.
• Achieve personal and team revenue goals for both hotels.
• Attend Revenue Management work sessions and support strategic sales plans.
• Build strong relationships with existing and new customers through calls, events, and site visits.
