Job summary

Atrium Staffing is seeking 4 Game Assistants to support a two-day interactive event in Atlanta. The role requires non-speaking interaction with participants through gestures and nonverbal cues, with on-site training provided prior to start. Shifts run Friday 4:00 PM–9:00 PM and Saturday 10:00 AM–6:00 PM.

Candidates must be fluent in English, reliable, and able to work both days onsite. No education requirements; prior event staffing or puzzle experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English.
• Pleasant, playful, outgoing, and professional demeanor.
• Strong reliability and work ethic.
• Must be available for both Sept 25 and Sept 26 onsite in Atlanta.

Responsibilities

• Assist with event setup and breakdown, including fabric backdrops, retractable pop-up stands, tablecloths, and puzzles.
• Support participants throughout the interactive puzzle experience.
• Check participant answers and distribute rewards for correct answers.
• Reset puzzles for new participants.
• Keep track of puzzle pieces, supplies, and other event materials.
• Follow provided directions and puzzle diagrams.
• Assist the Game Director with additional tasks as needed.
• Interact with large groups of participants using nonverbal cues.
