Lever, Inc. seeks an experienced Office Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of two pediatric dental and orthodontic practices.

You will lead on-site teams, optimize scheduling and patient flow, and ensure credentialing and regulatory compliance to deliver an exceptional patient experience. Qualifications

• 3+ years of dental office management experience.
• Experience in pediatric dental and/or orthodontic practices preferred.
• Strong leadership and team development.
• Credentialing and regulatory compliance knowledge.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of two pediatric dental/orthodontic offices.
• Lead front and back office teams and promote patient-focused culture.
• Ensure efficient scheduling, patient flow, and KPI monitoring.
• Manage provider credentialing and regulatory compliance.
• Recruit, onboard, and develop team members.
• Assist with payroll, scheduling, inventory, and budgets.
• Resolve patient concerns with high satisfaction.
• Maintain OSHA, HIPAA, and company policy compliance.
