• Bachelor’s degree in a business or healthcare discipline preferred, but not required.
• Three (3) years’ experience as a Dental Office Manager with knowledge of dental practice operations, terminology, procedures, and insurance claims/billing, P&L responsibility.
• Multi-unit leadership experience preferred, but not required.
• Highly effective in treatment plan presentations and gaining case acceptance.
• Effective leadership style with the ability to set clear expectations, hold the team accountable, and create a supportive culture inspiring the best out of others.
• Stable work history demonstrated on your resume.
