Job summary

Charleston Area Medical Center (CAMC) is seeking a PAR Coordinator for the Material Handling Center at Memorial-Parking Garage in Charleston, WV. The role focuses on day-to-day PAR operations, INFOR PAR/Delivery activities, and PAR projects.

You will supervise Supply Chain Technicians, ensure compliance with procedures, and support customer service on nursing units while coordinating with Accounting and Purchasing to improve inventory controls.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising Supply Chain Technicians.
• Proficiency with INFOR PAR/Delivery systems.
• Valid West Virginia driver's license with a clean record.

Responsibilities

• Oversee PAR activities at CAMC Material Handling Center.
• Train staff and ensure INFOR/compliance with procedures.
• Supervise Supply Chain Technicians of all levels.
• Maintain department procedure manual and training records.
• Provide input for monthly reporting and collaborate with Accounting, Purchasing and Data Management.
• Lead efforts to evaluate, implement and train on technology adoption.
• Authorize receipt of incoming products and track shipments.
• Operate and maintain warehouse equipment.
