Job summary

Glen Raven, Inc. is seeking a Twister Machine Operator to twist packages of yarn into finished yarn products. You will follow the operator training manual, perform quality checks, and maintain safety and teamwork on a 12-hour shift.

Responsibilities include starting up machines after changes, handling doubled yarn from the rack, feeding yarn into pots, removing waste, marking cones, and documenting issues. This role requires the ability to read and follow instructions and to work both

Responsibilities

• Operate the twister machine to twist packages of yarn.
• Follow training manual and safety standards.
• Start-up machines after lot changes or cleaning.
• Obtain and handle packages of doubled yarn.
• Place packages into pots and feed material.
• Repair end breaks and doff packages.
• Remove waste from spindle supply disc and mark cones.
• Perform quality checks and report issues.
• Document any damaged machinery in the flag notebook.
