Job summary

Pentagon Technologies, Inc. in Austin, TX is seeking a TWAS Technician to process parts in the Twin Arc Spray room according to established procedures.

We offer full-time, second shift (2-10:30pm) with a hourly pay range of $19-$22. Responsibilities include masking parts, spraying coatings, inspecting equipment, and following safety and quality procedures.

Candidates should read technical prints, perform basic math and measurements, and have basic computer or robotic operations skills.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and understand technical prints and identify damage on parts.
• Adherence to safety, attendance, and conduct policies.
• Basic computer skills and/or robotic operations knowledge.
• Basic math and measurement skills.

Responsibilities

• Mask parts for the coating process according to specifications and perform spray/coating build-up.
• Inspect and maintain equipment, change tips, clean systems, and manage dust/fixtures.
• Follow operating procedures to ensure timely, reliable processing of parts.
