Job summary

Pentagon Technologies, Inc. in Austin, TX is seeking a TWAS Technician to process parts in the Twin Arc Spray room on 2nd shift (2-10:30pm). You will mask parts, spray surfaces, inspect and maintain equipment, and ensure efficient, safe operation per established procedures.

The role requires reading technical prints, basic math, and computer or robotic operation skills, with a strong emphasis on safety and reliability in a dusty, noisy factory environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and understand technical prints and identify damage on parts.
• Basic computer skills and/or robotic operations knowledge.
• Strong safety awareness and adherence to procedures.

Responsibilities

• Mask parts for coating per specifications.
• Spray surfaces and build-up coating along tape edges.
• Inspect and maintain equipment; replace contact tips and clean systems.
• Empty dust collector drums and maintain fixtures in good order.
• Follow operating procedures to ensure consistent, timely processing of parts.
