Pentagon Technologies, Inc. in Austin, TX is seeking a Cleanroom Operator for the second shift to ensure parts are dried, inspected, and packaged to customer specifications within a controlled semiconductor environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in parts cleaning is a plus.
• Attention to detail.
• 1 year experience in manufacturing.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment requiring quick turnaround.

Responsibilities

• Follow all safety protocols and assist in promoting a safe culture.
• Follow all quality protocols to meet customer specifications.
• Read and comprehend internal documents such as work orders, travelers, inventories and logs.
• Visually inspect parts for cosmetic defects per customer or internal criteria.
• Use handheld CDA nozzles to thoroughly dry parts.
• Load and unload ovens to remove residual moisture from parts.
• Use particle counting equipment to verify part cleanliness.
• Use inspection equipment to take and record data for various part measurements.
• Package, label, and seal parts according to specification in clean room packaging to maintain cleanliness.
• Maintain clean and orderly work environment including daily housekeeping tasks.
