Job summary

Mohegan Sun is seeking a Beverage Server to provide alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests during Twilight hours, following department policies and procedures. You will respond to guest beverage preferences and ensure accurate service.

The role requires prior experience in cocktail service or customer-facing roles, strong knowledge of spirits, beer, wine, and proper glassware, plus the ability to work flexible shifts on the casino floor.

Qualifications

• Previous experience serving cocktails, as a waiter or waitress, or in a comparable customer service role.
• Knowledge of drinks, recipes and service techniques.
• Ability to handle trays and maintain sanitation.
• Familiarity with POS and cash handling procedures.

• Handle payments in cash outlets following established procedures.
