Job summary

Allied Universal in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a Security Officer TWIC Unarmed Patrol Driver Incident Response to protect government port facilities and other client sites.

You will perform regular patrols, monitor access points, respond to incidents, and complete reports, while delivering responsive customer service.

A valid TSA TWIC, valid driver's license, high school diploma, and background screening are required; full-time schedules run Monday through Friday with a 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM shift.

Qualifications

• Possess a TSA-issued TWIC.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Guard card or license preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs is preferred.
• Must be 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check required by law.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to port visitors, employees, contractors, and drivers by carrying out security procedures and site policies.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of terminals, facilities, access points, and parking areas.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials and vehicle or visitor authorization.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and communicate observations to responders.
• Complete required reports and incident documentation accurately and promptly.
