Job summary

Allied Universal, a leading security services provider, is seeking a Security Officer TWIC Unarmed Patrol Driver Incident Response in Jacksonville, FL. You will patrol port facilities, interact with visitors, and maintain a visible presence to deter security incidents while upholding company policies.

You must hold a TSA TWIC, a valid driver’s license, and be able to lift up to 20 lbs. Training and career growth opportunities accompany a full-time schedule with daytime shifts.

Qualifications

• TSA-issued TWIC required.
• Valid driver’s license required per policy.
• Guard card or license preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs.
• Minimum age 18 for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to port visitors, employees, contractors, and drivers by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of terminals, facilities, access points, and parking areas.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials and vehicle/visitor authorization.
• Respond to incidents and alarms calmly and document observations for reporting.
