Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors, tenants, and shoppers by following security procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly and report as required.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the retail or mall location, including entrances, parking areas, and perimeters.
• Monitor access points and deter unauthorized access and disruptive behavior.
• Document observations and incidents per site procedures and communicate information to relevant personnel.
