Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Full Time TWIC Credential Validation in Seattle, WA to monitor and protect clients across Retail/Malls and other sectors. You will patrol, observe, and respond to incidents while delivering professional customer service.

The role requires a TSA-issued TWIC, 18+ (21+ for armed), a high school diploma, background check, drug screen, and a valid driver’s license for driving positions. This is a full-time Day schedule with stable shifts.

• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and tenants by following site policies and procedures.
• Respond to incidents calmly and escalate per site procedures.
• Conduct regular patrols of retail areas, storefronts, parking areas, entrances, and surrounding perimeter.
• Monitor access points and observe activity; report suspicions and maintenance needs.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports and maintain activity logs per Allied Universal procedures.

As a Security Officer Full Time TWIC Credential Validation in Seattle, WA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. As a Security Officer at a busy retail and mall location, you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents. You will provide exceptional customer service, communicate professionally with visitors and team members, and support a welcoming environment. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and tenants by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of retail common areas, storefronts, parking areas, entrances, and the surrounding perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and observe activity throughout the location, reporting suspicious conditions, maintenance concerns, and policy violations to appropriate personnel.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports and maintain required activity logs in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess a TSA-issued TWIC.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
