Job description

Job Title: Warehouse Technician

Join TW Services Inc as a Warehouse Technician. We are a third-party Warehouse Service Provider for Kroger Distribution Center, seeking local order selectors/pickers for our Food Distribution Center in Buckeye, Phoenix. This is a full-time, permanent position, not a temporary agency role.

Our onboarding process is quick, enabling you to start work shortly after your interview.

Hours/Schedule

• 2:00 PM - Finish (8 to 10 hours)
• Monday to Saturday with scheduled day off

Compensation/Benefits

• Weekly pay cycle (every Friday)

Daily Responsibilities

• Locate products using warehouse technology (voice picking system)
• Pull items from shelves
• Retrieve orders based on quantity and size
• Build and position pallets on loading docks
• Wrap pallets for loading
• Pick a minimum of 160 cases per hour

Requirements

• Experience with voice picking and electric pallet jacks
• Bulk selection warehouse experience
• Ability to lift heavy boxes (30 lbs up to 100 lbs) repeatedly
• Ability to stand for long periods (8-12 hours)
• Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Incentives for production
